best camera phone under 20K?

Hi , im planning to buy a phone and my budget is 20k(330$).My preference is its camera.I can compromise a lil bit on everything else.I searched the web and found that HTC desire 816 is probably the best phone in its range(price is a little over budget but its ok).I really liked that phone but the problem is that its pretty huge which i dont want.And also,because of this its pixel density is lower.Please suggest me the best camera phone within my budget in your opinion.As i said my primary preference is camera(both front and back) and hopefully the screen is not huge and also not bad looking .Thanks in advance :)
