Is The Nikon Coolpix S220 Worth The Money?

I am looking for a camera and interested in a nikon coolpix s220, if anyone has one for sale n the pnnsylvania are please answer and about the price and condition. also i would lke to know details about the camera and if there is a better one

I am so glad I got this camera. It's small...but easy to use. The photo's I've taken so far have been great. It's point and shoot..but has features you can set to take specific photos..like beach, portrait, and night scene. It even has a panoramic setting . It also takes short videos. It's alot of bang for the buck. I bought it in plum and it's very pretty. Not as bright as in the photos. Great as a every day camera..I'm so very pleased!

Have you got the ISO set on a very high number? High ISO on any camera gives 'grain' - usually called 'noise' in the handbooks. Set ISO at minimum (probably 100 ISO) in good daylight.

Just look up it's specifications and try to determine if it fits your needs. It's a very good basic, 10.0 megapixel point-and-shoot. If you decide to buy it, then search craigslist for sellers near you.
