I have an Olympus Fe-370. Yesterday i wanted to use my camera for a photography project. I haven't used my camera in awhile, so it's just been sitting in my room. And i haven't dropped it recently. But when i try to turn on my camera the lens won't come out, it turns but doesn't come out. And i don't know what to do. Do i have to get a new camera or can someone fix it? Or can i fix it myself?

First check if you still have warranty for your camera, if not try

1)Recharge the battery and insert it again. Turn it on and see if the lens comes out.

2)Wipe the lens with a lens cloth and try turning it a little bit.

3)Blow compressed air in the gaps around the lens barrels with the idea of blowing out any sand or grit that may be in there jamming the lens.

If none works, go to a Camera shop or where ever you got the camera and ask the clerk if they know wat's wrong with your camera.

Then you can check how much it costs to fix your camera at http://www.teleplancamerarepair.com/manufacturer/repair-camera-model-problems.asp?mo=177

Last Solution, get a new digi cam that's on sale. You can check out www.NCIX.com or BestBuy or Futureshop.

Recharge the battery at maximum allowable time. If using disposables, get a new set of batteries, alkaline at least or better yet, Energizer Lithiums.

well if the battery is not chargingthen get a new battery. if it is and still not working then get a new one. if it was me though i would geta new one either way cause the olympus is such a crapy camera.
