All manufacturers put a serial number on their equipment. That serial number has a code in it where specific numbers mean that the item was meant for a specific country or region. So if you buy a product that was intended to be sold in Europe from a store/website that is not in Europe, then the country of purchase as shown on your receipt will not match the country the produce was intended to be sold in based on the serial number. With that information, Canon will not repair your camera under warranty if the country of intent and the country of sale do not match up.
Also, if you bring a European model to another country, you may not be able to get it repaired in that country. I know Nikon is very strict on this. I knew someone who lives in the US and bought a Nikon N100 (F100 in USA). Nikon USA completely refused to service it stating that they don't have parts for the "N100" even though it's the exact same camera as the F100.
Most brands will also not honor the warranty if the item was purchased from an unauthorized dealer. You need to find out if snapdeal.com is an authorized dealer or not.
So, just as long as you know what your risks are, then go ahead and do what you feel comfortable with.

It says there is a 2 years Canon India Warranty.
Why not phone them and ask? +91 9212692126.
Say: So if my Canon Camera malfunctions in that 2 year period will Canon India repair and/or replace it within the borders of India? What happens if it malfunctions when I am in another country, where must it go for servicing and repair?

Canon will not give you a warranty on grey market imports. So if that's what they are selling then the answer is no.
I have no idea if that site you mentioned is doing so.
