Every review out there for the F200EXR has been positive. Two big one are DPreview (http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/fujifilmf200exr/) and Practical Photography Magazine/Photoanwers.co.uk (http://www.photoanswers.co.uk/Gear/Search-Results/Cameras/Fuji-FinePix-F200-EXR-/)
The EXR CCD sensor is a revolutionary design, taking 12megapixels and selects the best pixels to make it into one 6 megapixel image. This means that it takes noisy pixels and bins them, meaning you have a useable image at ISO1600.

Can't really offer you any useful advice except to compare prices for the camera on Twenga to make sure that you get the best price online available. Good luck!
