I have no idea what brand your camera is. Try pressing the 'reset' button; yes even digital cameras have these. If not, i would call the company directly and see if they can walk you through a process. You are probably out of warranty, so if you have to send it back you will be charged to have it fixed.

if it has an sd card, try and salvage it and just put that in the computer directly.



If it runs on the memory of the camera itself, you are pretty much screwed.

Memory Card, just remove it. Camera memory, sorry i can't think of anything. Good luck though.
