I have a Canon 400D camera and l took almost 10.000 photos with it...and for about one month, when I try to get photos from the camera to my laptop and try to make clockwise some of them, (e.g. portrait photos) they became "reddish"...I dont know why but it occurs that way... and when l try to make it again, it became "much more" reddish...just like you see Flash gordon :)

please help me...do you think l should change my camera and i dont know, upgrade a better one? like a 450D ?

Does this only happen when you rotate the picture in camera? If so then its probably a camera fault. Rotating the picture either in camera or on the computer should not alter the colours at all. Try turning the auto rotate off in your cameras menu.

The only other thing I can think of is if your card is corrupting the picture file as it copies to the same memory location, try another card.

Do a test by connecting your memory card directly into a printer and printing. See if this solves your problems. Check the colour settings on the camera i.e RGB, sRGB stc. It could be the software you are using on the laptop.

Just upload the pictures from your camera without doing anything and edit them in paint or photoshop

HAVE YOU READ THE MANUAL THROUGH ?, you might want to start from scratch. if you dont study you'll be shooting blind. clear the settings. start over. read
