Most likely problem is not the camera and not the files. It's most likely that you just don't have the correct program installed on your computer to play the files back.
Even if you do have the right app, your computer could be set to use a different app by default. Right click on the file and choose "open with" and then choose an app known to be able to play the type of file format that your videos have been saved in.

Nothing is broken - nothing to fix.
You did not tell us which computer hardware, operating system or application you are using for playback.
The file format is MP4 and video codec is MPEG-4 AVC / H.264
This is pretty common from still image cameras with a video capture convenience feature.
The file type is MOV. QuickTime, VLC player and a bunch of other cross-platform media players can deal with that video assuming your computer has a CPU, RAM and available hard drive space to deal with that captured video.

Install the codecs required for the filetype of your camera's videos.
The filetype is the extension in the filename.

Use a proper video player. If you're using Microsoft's media player, chances are it won't work since the player is crap. VLC and Media Player Classic HC are recommended video players that are free and work with many video formats. VLC also works on the Mac.

What computer, what OS? If the memory isn't enough you may have problems.
What happens if you do a short video clip, just a few seconds?
