Question:
What camera do you recommend?

I love photography, and I have had about 4 cameras in total, all Canon brand.

My first was the A520... twice ('cause I lost it once)
then I switched to something more compact and got the SD600
and then I got more into pixels and resolution and got the G7

Now I want a different one... and I'm thinking about getting a DSLR, but then I also don't want it to be a really big camera.

And I know DSLRs don't make videos, but that's why I got the G7 when I got it, too, because I love to make videos as well, and the picture quality in the G7 is great.

I know it's a lot of demands, but maybe something small, like the G7, that can take real nice pictures but also still make videos...

Any suggestions?

Well, if you want to step up and get a DSLR then I suggest the Canon Rebel XT, XTi, or XSi.

If you still want something small that can capture video then I suggest the Canon G9 or S5.
