nikon d600 release date? anytime soon?

hello everyone, wanted to ask if any one have a idea about the release date of the nikon d600. i know there is a lot of rumors about the d600 and all the specs but what i want to know when do you guys think the camera will be release? I am torn because i really want a full frame and there is a good deal on BH for both brand new D7000 and 18-200mm vr2 for about $1799. i don't want to buy the d7000 and have the d600 coming out in 2-3 months. if anyone thinks the camera will be hitting the market anytime soon say next 4-5 months if so i will pass up on the d7000 and go with a used lower end dslr say a d60 and wait for the d600. i understand that there is no concrete data out there about the release date but figure that it should be hitting the market around novemver for the holidays if not then spring next year.

let me know what you guys think and think you for helping me out.

Since you "want" a full frame camera and don't need one, you obviously don't understand the pros and cons of FF cameras.



Get a D3200 and put your money towards nice glass. FF cameras need nice glass and you won't be able to afford nice glass if you put all of your money towards a nice body.

Me too i am waiting this camera, the more reliable assumption is that we will see she in the next Photokina, so in september.
