I have a few questions about memory cards for cameras. Do they come standard with digital cameras or would I have to buy a memory card? I'm new to buying digital, I'm embarrassed to say. What are the memory card options, and what will they do?
Also, so most digital cameras prices around $200 also come with a video option?
Thanks.

Memory cards are usually bought separately unless the store drops it in a promo. They are storage devices which are actually more of a necessity as the camera's own memory is usually too small (less than 10 shots?) for any use at all. The options vary according to the camera's demands but generally, most newer cameras use SD cards except Sony which uses memory sticks.
Most cameras do not come with a video feature, whatever price they come at. To those that do come with it, sound is not automatically included. Ask, prior to paying, if this would be an issue to you.

they often come standard with digital cameras but they do not have a lot of storage so it is best to buy more, they can be quite expensive at digital camera shops but VERY cheap on amazon.co.uk
memory card options are limited, the digital camera that you have will only be compatible with one type of memory card for example SD. you go from there and some SD memory cards are faster than others or work better in cold/hot temperatures

I checked with the HP internet site and your digicam makes use of a regular SD reminiscence autos. Its close to all over. Cellphone retail outlets, digital retail outlets, pc retailer, digicam retail outlets. Just convey in wherein ever and ask for a SD card. Bring your digicam should you wish to make certain.
