waterproof digital camera recommendation?

Hello,
I am looking for a decent waterproof digital camera, for my honeymoon. Since i have a couple of digital cameras including EOS 40D, i do not need a high-end camera.

the purpose of getting this waterproof digital camera would be taking pictures in water only, i will use other my digital camera for all other pictures.

My budget is under $200.
Must be able to capture decent pictures.
Optional of a short movie clip function
Must have external memory capability

Any suggestions or recommendation from personal experience only plz!
