The quality of the final image is 100% dependent upon the quality of the original image. If it's well exposed and sharp (well, as sharp as Instax image can be), then all you need to do is scan the image and print it. Use glossy paper to print the scan which shows more details than matte paper.

Rephotograph it on a friend's digital camera, making sure there are no reflections, and see.

Scan it at a high resolution such as 600dpi. It then will print much larger.

Scan it to a digital format , But expect a lot of noise / grain...

Well you could scan it and try.



But it's probably not going to look good.
