I have a Panasonic Lumix FZ150 and can change picture size for printing up to A2, but all sizes show resolution at 180dpi. How can I increase the dpi to, say, 300?

You can't change dpi or actually, ppi or pixels per inch.
That does not exist until you display or print. The 180dpi is just a tag, it means nothing.
This camera is 12MP. So let's say that's 4000x3000 pixels. You have 4K on the long side right? So if you print an 8x10 photo, you have 400 pixels per inch, or PPI. If you print smaller or larger, the PPI changes.
Make sense? So just take your print size, apply the resolution of your sensor. Just do the math and you will have your true PPI.

You set the dpi in your print program. You camera may be able to record at various MP's. We recommend recording at the highest resolution. This will give the maximum number of pixels in the file. The print program can take that and convert it to dpi in a size format, such as A2 print.
