What I need:

-Good zoom
-Multiple camera settings
-Good to take motion pictures (if you know what I mean)
any help will work.
thanks

The camera you want doesn't exist. zoom only applies to compacts and megazooms, and they all suck in low light, regardless of price or brand.

So for good, clean video and photos in low light, you need a large image sensor, so that means a dSLR or large image sensor compact with removable lens. Under 600 your choices are very limited. A micro four thirds from panasonic, (prices range from 400-1000 US dollars) and entry level dSLRs from Canon, Sony Alpha or Nikon. To get a 'good' zoom which I'm assuming means a lot of reach will mean a large lens and fairly expensive. The larger the image sensor, the larger the lens need to be to get the same reach as a small image sensor camera.

If you disregard zoom, the closest you can get is a dSLR if you know exactly what to do with it.
