I have a samsung intelligent LCD 10.2 megapixels camera. I got in 2 years ago. Last year the sd card wouldn't stay locked in the camera but it would still take pictures and it worked perfectly fine. Today I turned on my camera and it said there was an sd card error. I've looked up how to fix it like the tissue trick but it still won't work. I am using a sandisk 2gb sd sard. Can someone tell what's wrong with it?

Don't know the tissue trick, but how about the toothpick fix, and the tape fix. See this link:

Two possibilities as I see it. Either the tiny notches on the back of this card (they catch the internal card lock) are damaged so the lock can't hold on or the internal lock has become worn and thereby damaged and unable to hang on.

If it's the internal lock then no SD card will work. If it's just the card, well you know the answer to that one.

With a small camera, if the internal lock is damaged, the repair would probably be more than the cost of a new camera but call the company and get an estimate.

It could be the wrong SD card for your camera.
