That's like asking Ford or Chevy; Toyota or Nissan; McDonald's or Burger King? I was once a photojournalist and I best used Canons. I discovered the older Olympus cameras to be complicated to manage on account that they tended to be smaller and the controls had been too near in combination. On the opposite hand, dimension does topic. Especially when you wish some thing to suit into your blouse pocket. There is a S770SW that Olympus advertises as being water-resistant (right down to 10m), freeze evidence (down to fourteen-levels F), surprise evidence (while dropped from a distance no larger than five toes) and weigh down evidence (as much as 220 lbs). Those are the pluses. The minuses are it is slower than so much; it fee greater than so much ($379); the zoom is best 3x optical. No one else presently presents the ones facets. My recommendation is that you are making a record of facets that you just definitely need to have. Then cross to a shop that consists of a broad style and decide upon the person who meets your facets record and is inside your finances. Good good fortune!

Magic Art Filters??? Those are gimmicky features you find in an Olympus point and shoot camera.

Believe me when I tell you...NO professional photographer cares about silly 'Magic Art' Filters.

Because they do ALL their editing in post production using image editing software.
