Buying Camera. Need Help.?

Well I'm sick of my camera not being able to use SDHC memory cards. I bought one by accident not knowing it wouldn't let me use it and another I bought a SD memory card over amazon but it gave me the wrong card and I got yet another SDHC card. So now I am stuck with 2 SDHC cards I can't use. This is the camera I have right now.

I was thinking of getting a 1 of these 2 cameras. I'm not very good with camera knowledge so I'm not sure, but which is better.Can I connect it to my computer and upload fast? I have Windows XP. What kind of battery does it use?

Yes it will be more expensive but waiting until you can afford a camera with a 5x lens will serve you longer and better than a camera with a 3x lens. The correct wording is 5x "Optical" zoom lens.
