What is the best Camera you can get that you can take videos on?

Whats the best camera you can get where you can make videos and upload them to Youtube? Please helpp! Andd I will probably get it from walmart.. and If you do know, Whats the price on the best one to get?

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FP3 camera is better for taking good video. Video quality is pretty good. The movie mode can capture videos in 720p resolution.
