You can't go wrong with any of them, and they all have automatic modes meaning that you can learn about photography at your own pace and gradually take more control.
If price isn't any problem then look at the Nikon D750, a camera that will offer you all the photo enthusiast potential you could ask for. The tilting LCD panel makes shots from waist level, on the ground, or overhead easier to take. (Eye level shots are often boring). Canon 5DMk3 is similar but is without the tilting LCD. These are 'semi-pro' cameras with superior image quality potential.

If you want a less well specified camera then look at Canon 700D (T5), Nikon D5300, Pentax D50. Canon 70D and Nikon D7100 are better in many ways including viewfinder.
And don't overlook the well-designed little Olympus OMD EM1 with the smaller 4:3 sensor. (Not if you want to shoot billboard sized photos)
