I have this camera but i am looking for options that reduces quality of the video. Can I reduce it so that I can have a little memory consumption?

use some editing tools to do some editing task. Recommend you some total free ones:

Your camera's best video resolution is only 640x480 @ 30fps...so, why would you want to lessen the quality? If you need more memory capacity, you should buy a larger SD/SDHC memory card.

However...if you don't mind low quality video, you should be able to change the resolution. Check your Manual (or the Menu of your camera) and you should be able to change it to something like 320x240...it will consume less MB, but it will be small and crappy compared to the best resolution.
