What is the best way to view canon's .CRW files (RAW) with a windows vista computer?

I have windows vista and I when i had windows XP, I had something so i could view them straight from Windows Explorer but now, I'm having trouble finding a program which will let me quickly browse though them and convert them.

It looks like you can download and install IrfanView:

then download and install the Formats plugins:

The format plugins need to be unzipped. The zip aparently contains many programs, among them DLLs from Canon that will let you read the CRW files. IrfanView is a very easy-to-use utility in general.
