Question:
Can anyone tell me how to change from firmware 1.0.2 to 1.0.1 on the Canon t3i Rebel?

To begin with, I'm not even sure if the camera will allow this. Secondly, can anyone provide me with the download link, or even the files themselves?

I want to install Magic Lantern and it's not available for the T2i on the newest firmware (1.0.2) and I really need it. Any help on my situation, or even if I'm completely wrong; please tell me.

Thanks!

Magic lantern invalidates your warranty (it can also turn your camera into a paperweight) - I'd think twice about installing it in the first place.

Unnecessary removal and installation of your firmware does your camera no good at all.

Forget your original question and leave well alone - you have a camera which works perfectly, don't risk it.

You don't get it do you. I recommend against Magic Lantern. First, on their web site it warns you that your camera may not operate once this firmware is installed. Second, there's plenty of horror stories out there about cameras that no longer work after piddling around with the firm ware.

Trust me, if your camera doesn't do something you want it to do then you don't know how to properly operate it.

Most cameras I have experience with will not let you regress the firmware.
