Which digital camera is best within 10k range with good features and clarity?

Hi, I am planning to buy a digital camera in a month or so which has good features, clarity, image stabilization, prevention of blurring, sleek not too bulky and stylish since am a gal......which one to go for??

There is a latest camera—Panasonic's Lumix LX3 which is having world's best Leica lens costing around Rs.25,000/- Alternatively slightly cheaper model Lumix TZ5 (with 10x optical zoom) again with Leica lens costing around Rs 18,000/-. This model is also very stylish. Image quality is excellent. I got TZ5 for my daughter and the results are superb.



I am in the field of photography for the last two and half decades and presently handling professiinal digital camera.
