hello everyone

(if anyone owns this camera, please leave reviews if you dont feel like reading the whole thing!)

so me and my sister are both unhappy with our digital cameras. she has the nikon l16 i think and it takes a VERY long time to snap a bunch of photos.. and its not good in low lighting situations

i have a sony w50 and its good, except when i take a flash picture, it takes about 20 seconds and you have to stay perfectly still or it's total blur! also, i have a twilight mode for darker settings, but same deal, you have to stay perfectly still.

so this camera is the #2 bestseller on amazon.com... ive never had a cannon before so im not sure how they are.. its 8mp 3x optical zoom and it has things like :
optical image stabilizer
Face Detection Technology
Motion Detection Technology &
high ISO settings *my camera has this too, but it makes the pictures grainy and has a long wait between pics*

so, does anyone own this camera and like it?

i really need one that is fast inbetween pictures in all modes and one that you dont have to stay perfectly still for 20 seconds in order to have a close picture!
& it has to be good in low light settings!

thanks

You picked out a very good model. Go with the Canon PowerShot SD1100 IS. "Next shot delay"fairly quick for a point and shoot, has image stabilizer, and bottom line, it gives you very good image quality.

3X optical zoom,8 megapixels.
